PART OF THE HARVEST: Sally Flur whose Plantation home serves as a drop off and pick-up site for Farming Systems Research, greets Ted Marano of Miami Lakes as he arrives for his box of fresh vegetables. The farm west of Boynton Beach is subsidized by families in Palm Beach and Broward counties.

Dave Williams and Ted Marano: "Just back from two months on the road,
mostly in cold and windy Florida. On our way to the Keys, we stayed
with Ted and Laura one night. I'm on the left in the picture
and, yes, that is Ted on the right.

Lee Hitchens Caldwell: This is a photo of my husband Bob and me
after we completed a hike of the Perito Marino glacier in Patagonia
following our Antarctic adventure. This trip was not to be believed
for its natural beauty. We would go again!
